Apartment Margarita - Arenal   

This apartment is in the lively area of Arenal at the end of the famous "Playa de Palma" and is just 200 mtrs from the beautiful sandy beach and yacht harbour.

Situated on the top floor of a 9 storey block (don't worry there is an elevator), the apartment has its own private roof terrace with superb views over the rooftops across the bay of Palma.

Margarita has two bedrooms with double beds and own balconies, plus one bedroom with 1 double and 2 single beds.

There are 2 bathrooms (one en suite) plus lounge/dining room, kitchen and utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven and fridge but no microwave. There is also a washing maschine.

The lounge has a hi-fi system and Sat TV. The apartment has no air conditioning but heating for the cooler months and is simply but tastefully furnished.

Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists, etc. are all within a few minutes walk.
