Ah so.....

This is a tip of the hat to the Oriental elgance of a century ago, though we doubt any Chinese Emperor ever slept on a bed as comfortable as this hand made Seven Footer with its sumptuous down pillows, percale sheets, and deep coil springing.

No view of anything more interesting than the internal courtyard, though the pool's handy and the room is in our quietest precinct.

It’s a wonderfully characterful room, and though we’re tempted to make some sort of joke about concubines, no doubt it would sound sexist and our foot would be bound to wind up in our mouth. (Oops, solly).
